Frequently asked questions

What happens when my credit balance reaches zero?

API requests stop immediately. Paid subscribers can opt into automatic refills, which add their chosen euro amount when the balance falls below 100 credits.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

How does the credit system work?

Consumption is metered via weighted credits. Rates vary by endpoint complexity, balances expire after one month, and the earliest-expiring credits are consumed first.
