StockX API

Product data, asks, bids and sales history from StockX, over a simple REST API.

Packet gives you StockX market data over a plain REST API. You can search products, read every size's lowest ask and highest bid, get the real checkout price with fees, and page through the full sales history of a product or a single size.

You can call StockX in two ways:

  • Live endpoints (/v1/stockx/*) fetch from StockX when you make the request. Use them when you need the price right now.
  • Cached catalog (/v1/catalog/stockx/*) serves data we've already collected. It costs less than half as much and can be up to a day old. It suits analytics, price history and crawling the whole catalog.
curl "https://api.pckt.sh/v1/stockx/search?query=sb%20dunk" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"

Endpoints and pricing

Each request costs a fixed number of credits, whatever the size of the response. No subscription is required to start: every account gets free credits each month.

GET /v1/catalog/stockx/sales/daily Sales grouped by day, with average price and order count 0.6

Credits in the tables are per request. The full parameter reference is in the API docs.

StockX sales history API

Sales history is the data most people look for and can't find in StockX's own tools. Packet gives you three ways to get it:

  1. Latest sales, live. GET /v1/stockx/history returns the last 50 sales of a product. Pass a variant ID with isVariant=true to get one size only. Pass the after token from the response to go further back.
  2. Individual sales, cached. GET /v1/catalog/stockx/sales returns each sale with its date and amount, 100 per page by default. Set cursor to the created_at of the last sale you received to keep paging back.
  3. Daily aggregates, cached. GET /v1/catalog/stockx/sales/daily returns one row per day with the average price (avg_amount) and the number of orders (orders). This is the quickest way to chart a price trend.

Regional prices

StockX prices change by country. Every live endpoint accepts countryCode and currencyCode (both default to US and USD). Cached endpoints take a market parameter instead. Use /v1/stockx/subtotal when you need the price a buyer actually pays, after delivery and platform fees.

What people build with it

  • Resale price trackers that alert when an ask drops below a target
  • Arbitrage tools that compare StockX with GOAT and other marketplaces
  • Inventory valuation for stores and resellers, based on recent sales and not on list prices
  • Market research on release performance, using daily sales volume and average price

Getting started

All requests use the Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY header. See Authentication.

FAQ

Does StockX have a public API?

StockX's own API is for approved sellers who manage their own listings. It doesn't give general access to market data such as other sellers' asks or the sales history of any product. Packet covers that gap.

How fresh is the data?

Live endpoints fetch from StockX when you make the request. Cached catalog endpoints can be up to a day old. Use them when that's acceptable and you'd rather pay less than half the price.

Can I get the sales history for a single size?

Yes. On /v1/stockx/history, pass the variant ID and isVariant=true. On /v1/catalog/stockx/sales, pass variantId.

How do I get the full catalog?

Page through /v1/catalog/stockx/products with its cursor. Each page costs 0.4 credits.

Is Packet affiliated with StockX?

No. Packet is an independent service. StockX is a trademark of StockX LLC.

Other marketplaces

Packet also covers GOAT and Chrono24, as well as Flight Club, Alias, Poizon, KREAM, Novelship, Nike, Shopify stores and more. All of them are listed in the API docs.
